Payouts

Select File Menu on the server application and select Pay out.
You will be prompted to supply a recipient of the money, the amount of money and a reason for the payout. Click Submit to complete.

This will deduct the amount from the server total and list the payout.

Cashup

Select File Menu on the server application and select Cashup.
This will end the current shift, with a printout of the totals and the stock list, and reset the totals to zero.

Current Standing

Select View Menu on the server application and select Current Standing.
This will display a prompt with the current totals.

Shift Finances

Select View Menu on the server application and select Shift finances.
This will display a more in depth breakdown on earnings.

Stock Editor

Select Admin Menu on the server application and select Stock Editor.
This will close down the server application and launch the stock editor.

To add new stock items, Select File menu in the stock editor, and select Add new item.
Fill in all the information needed for the stock item and click on add.
Note, if your stock item doesn't have category on the drop down list, simply enter the new category.

To edit a stock item, select the category by double clicking it, to display the items, then double click the item to edit it.

Log Viewers

Select Admin Menu on the server application and select Log viewer.
This will launch the log viewer application, you can review receipts and other logs with this application.
